
Diamond is foremost my story, a passionate man who wants to pass his expertise to his customers. Customers who have the privilege of discovering inspiring places, living unique experiences and benefiting from exceptional services. For over 25 years, I’ve learnt all the codes and secrets of my profession, and in particular through my contact with premium customers at American Express. I received the international Travel Designer of the Year award in the field of customer engagement and experience in 2018.

With Diamond, there’s no imposed list of service contractors. I put the emphasis on listening, taking the time and talking things over to work out how to design made-to-measure solutions. I seek out places that are off the beaten track. I regularly select new partners who are little known to the general public. I think of my job as that of a craftsman, where each piece is shaped by hand and each detail gradually builds a unique object. I strive to make every request a moment of exception and emotion.
I regularly visit and test new destinations and locations. I spend time with all the partners I work with.
